Mission Statement

New Chapter Communities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing beautiful, affordable, and fully functional housing for individuals, veterans and families experiencing housing insecurity.

We believe stable housing is the foundation for rebuilding lives, restoring dignity, and creating long-term independence. Our program offers thoughtfully designed homes at affordable rental rates, while setting aside a portion of each resident’s monthly payment into a savings account that can later be used toward homeownership.

By combining innovative housing solutions with a pathway to ownership, we help residents move from housing insecurity to stability, and from stability to ownership — creating lasting change for individuals, families, and our community.
