What We Do
NEW CHAPTER COMMUNITIES is a program of Foster Care Furniture. We develop small scale duplex communities on land donated by churches or businesses, or acquired through strategic partnerships. Our mission is to strengthen neighborhoods, prevent displacement, and expand equity in housing.

A portion of rent is placed into a savings program for a future down payment.
